Section 8 Alerts helps people check Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher eligibility, find Public Housing Authorities, prepare application documents, and get alerts when waitlists open. We are an independent information service, not affiliated with HUD or any PHA; our data is collected from public PHA sources.
2. Who operates this site
Section 8 Alerts (section8open.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registration number 17457927, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314. Keenvo Tech OÜ is responsible for the product, billing, and data processing of Section 8 Alerts. Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia.
3. How we make money
The eligibility checker, PHA finder, and document checklist are free. We make money through the one-time Lifetime upgrade that unlocks waitlist alerts, and through ads shown to free accounts. Paying users are not shown ads.
